Q. What is your minimum order?

 It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order amount is USD5000. Full container and LCL container (less than a container load) shipment can be acceptable.

Q. What is your delivery time?

FOB Xiamen or any port of China: 40-45 days. If there are any parts in stock, the delivery time only 7-10 days. 

Q. What about Quality Control?

We have a perfect QC system for the perfect products. A team who will detect the product quality and specification piece carefully, monitoring every production process until packing is complete, to ensure product safety into container.

Q. How about the Undercarriage Warranty?

MIC Undercarriage Parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months or 2000 hours on a pro-rata basis from date of delivery.
